Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made before shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled without valid reason

Returns (14-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
✓ Items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
✓ Original tags and packaging are intact
✓ You've contacted us first for return authorization

Non-Returnable Items:
× Worn, altered, or damaged items
× Items returned without authorization
× Packages sent to incorrect addresses

Return Process:

  3. Prepare Your Package

    • Use original packaging

    • Include all tags and accessories

    • Mark as "RETURNED GOODS" for international returns

  4. Ship Your Return

    • Customer pays return shipping

    • Choose a trackable shipping method

Refund Timeline:

  • PayPal: 2 business days after receipt

  • Credit Cards/Shop Pay: Up to 7 business days

  • Refund method: Original payment type

Important Notes:

  • Customs fees for international returns are your responsibility

  • We may deduct value for used/damaged items

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs
